As part of the prestigious redevelopment of The Whiteley in West London, we were engaged to support our Client in delivering the luxury Six Senses hotel and wellness offering. Our role focused on resolving key design and construction challenges during the commissioning phase.

The basement levels of the development presented a number of complexities due to their multi-functional use, spatial constraints, and integration with the wider building services strategy. We provided practical solutions that aligned with the architectural intent and mechanical performance requirements. This included reconfiguration of services, selection of alternative equipment, and advising on compliance with fire and smoke ventilation standards.
