The Belfry is an award-winning golf resort, famous for hosting the Ryder Cup four times. The Belfry also regularly hosts the British Masters tournament.

The project included a new build bedroom and ballroom block with 149 guestrooms and a 660-person grand ballroom which overlooks the infamous tenth hole of The Brabazon Golf Course. There is also a  sperate leisure building comprising a swimming pool and fitness/wellness facilities.

The project also included an extensive refurbishment and redevelopment programme plans  which included the Spa/wellness facilities; Ryder Grill, Sam’s Bar, Night Venue, Lichfield Pavilion, Parklands and Hunters Lodge. There is also a refresh of all of the existing guestrooms.
