An all-electric energy strategy utilising air-source heat pumps eliminates fossil fuels, complemented by photovoltaic panels and rainwater harvesting systems. Enhanced ventilation, MVHR units, and passive design measures ensure comfort and compliance with Part O overheating standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modern Methods of Construction, including prefabricated risers and utility cupboards, streamline delivery, improve quality, and reduce waste.
