The design introduced modern elegance while preserving the building\u2019s historic character, creating a destination that includes a private club, an elegant ballroom, and world-class dining spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Designing Within Constraints<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Working within the limitations of the existing structure and its urban surroundings, the team faced the challenge of maximising guest accommodation and enhancing the food and beverage offering without compromising heritage or quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Smart Space Solutions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To deliver an exceptional guest experience, the design team optimised every available space. By revisiting early concept sketches, the rooftop plant layout was rationalised to reduce its footprint and height, enabling the addition of three extra bedrooms on the floor below.
