Alina graduated from the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) with a degree in Architecture and Environmental Engineering, developing a strong understanding of building performance, sustainability, and the integration of engineering within the built environment.  

As a Graduate Building Services Engineer, Alina is involved in the design and coordination of building services systems across a range of projects, contributing to the delivery of innovative and sustainable engineering solutions. Her architectural and engineering background provides her with a holistic perspective on the built environment, allowing her to balance technical requirements with wider design aspirations. 

Originally from a French and German background, Alina brings an international outlook and collaborative approach to her work. She is also a committee member of CIBSE YEN South West, where she actively supports the development of young professionals within the building services industry and engages with the wider engineering community. 

Alina joined The Form Partnership as a Graduate Engineer and is committed to continuously developing her technical expertise while contributing to the delivery of high-quality, future-focused engineering design.
