Tim joined The Form in January 2026, having previously worked closely with Mike and Andy for 6 years.

He began his career in Building Services Engineering in 2010 as a graduate at AECOM, before joining Hoare Lea in 2019. Tim brings over 15 years of experience delivering projects across all stages, from master planning and concept design through to detailed design and construction.

Over the past five years, Tim has focused on the residential and commercial sectors, leading a broad portfolio of work including commercial fit-outs, mixed-use developments, and large-scale, multi-building super-prime residential schemes.

Midway through his career, Tim spent two years working client-side for LandSec, managing tenant fit-outs across 20 floors within two commercial buildings. His responsibilities included promoting the developments to prospective tenants and supporting tenant design teams and contractors through to successful completion, while protecting the landlord’s asset.

Tim is driven by the collaborative nature of engineering and finds particular satisfaction in working with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges and deliver successful project outcomes.
