About the Role

We’re excited to offer a brand-new opportunity for a  Graduate Building Services Engineer to join our growing team in Bristol – Starting summer/autumn 2026. 

The Form Partnership is a dynamic and agile boutique MEP and Sustainability engineering design consultancy who are experts in our field. This is a particularly exciting time for us, as we grow and develop our business. Due to recent exciting high-quality project wins within high end hospitality and residential sectors, we are delighted to be recruiting for a new role within our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Working as part of a team delivering detailed, coordinated, and cost-effective mechanical, electrical and public health design solutions. 
    • Producing drawings, calculations, and reports tailored to client needs. 
    • Designing mechanical, electrical and public health systems using the latest software tools including Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux and others. 
    • Exploring innovative approaches and staying ahead of industry trends. 
    • Attending design team meetings, client briefings, and site inspections. 

What We’re Looking For

    • A proactive, open-minded approach and a collaborative ‘can do’ spirit. 
    • Eagerness to learn and an interest in the built environment and sustainability 
    • Desire to work within a dynamic team environment with excellent communication skills. 
    • Working towards or achieved a 2:1 or First-Class degree standards in a building services degree or a specialist Electrical/Mechanical Engineering course – Industry experience through a placement year preferred but not essential. 
    • Proficiency with computer software and adaptability to learn new industry-wide software.
