Harry began his career in MEP consulting in 2018, joining Hydrock on a year-long placement before completing a BEng at Swansea University and an MSc at the University of Birmingham.

In 2021, he joined Hoare Lea, where he advanced to the role of Senior Engineer. During his time there, he gained valuable experience across the hospitality and residential sectors, while also contributing to mission critical and commercial projects. His approach prioritises high-quality engineering solutions that account for multi-disciplinary constraints, ensuring coordinated and practical designs in collaboration with wider project teams.

In October 2025, Harry joined The Form Partnership, reuniting with former directors Michael and Andy.

Harry takes a collaborative approach to every project, placing clients at the heart of his work. He combines technical expertise with real-world experience to deliver innovative, efficient, and cohesive design solutions.
