We’re excited to offer a brand-new opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Bristol.

The Form Partnership are a new, dynamic and agile MEP and Sustainability engineering design consultancy who are experts in our field. This is a particularly exciting time for us, as we grow and develop our business. Due to recent exciting high quality project wins, we are delighted to be recruiting for new roles within our business.

You’ll be working closely with the founding Partners who are passionate about mentoring, training and personal development. We are building a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and enjoyment in our work.

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality mechanical designs across a variety of project types and scales with a focus on hospitality. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellence in every aspect of our service, while also helping to grow client relationships and drive business success.

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Delivering detailed, coordinated, and cost-effective electrical design solutions.
    • Producing specifications, calculations, and reports tailored to client needs.
    • Designing electrical systems using the latest software tools.
    • Taking ownership of technical delivery—independently or as part of a team.
    • Exploring innovative approaches and staying ahead of industry trends.
    • Attending design team meetings, client briefings, and site inspections.
    • Managing your own projects and responding effectively to tight deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience as a Electrical Engineer, ideally in a consultancy setting.
    • Familiarity with modern design processes and proficiency in tools such as Trimble electrical design (Amtec), Dialux/Relux
    • Proficiency with design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam
    • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with excellent communication skills.
    • Familiarity with relevant British Standards.
    • Experience of working in the London commercial market.
    • A proactive, open-minded approach and a collaborative ‘can do’ spirit.
