Mike began his career at Hoare Lea as a graduate, progressing through their training program to become a Director in 2023. With over 20 years of consulting experience in the Built Environment, he has contributed to various sectors, including healthcare, retail, and workplace. Over the past decade, Mike has concentrated on the residential and hospitality sectors, leading significant redevelopment projects and playing a key role in both the residential and hospitality sector senior leadership teams.

Mike left Hoare Lea in 2025 to co-found The Form Partnership with fellow ex-director Andy Peggram.

Mike’s passion for engineering, combined with his strong scientific understanding, enables him to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring inclusive and comprehensive discussions.
