Andy is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the industry benefiting from a wonderfully varied background having worked in Design consultancy, Contracting and Cost Management. Andy joined Hoare Lea in 2015 and was invited into the partnership in 2017 where he led the Hospitality Sector for the firm. Andy founded The Form Partnership in 2025 with his close colleague Michael Walker.

Andy is personable with excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. His well-rounded experience and pragmatic approach has enabled him to achieve successful outcomes in some of the most complex and challenging of circumstances.
